Manga reader settings adjust the reading experience for image-based comics, image folders, comic archives, PDF, and DjVu.

Reading mode

Choose a reading mode that suits the content and your preference. You can also combine it with page zoom and interface controls for a more comfortable display.

Navigation and actions

Adjust page navigation, tap actions, and double-tap animation behavior. Try options one at a time while reading familiar content, then keep the behavior that feels right for everyday reading.

Connection-scoped options

Some reader behavior can be configured per connection. This helps retain a suitable reading experience when you connect multiple Komga servers or local libraries, or when their content types differ substantially.

For EPUB, TXT, and experimental Mobipocket or Kindle text, use Book reader settings.
